MSU EXPORT ACADEMY PROGRAM APPLICATION

This application consists of two parts; the company information and the resume 
of the designated participant.  Participating companies are asked to make a 
contribution of $6,500 to participate in the MSU Export Academy.  You 
will receive all materials (including manuals, decision support software, etc.) 
and catering for the twelve session program.  In addition, this contribution may 
be tax deductible for your company.   Enrollment in the program is limited, so 
early application is advised.  

The last day to submit applications is August 2, 1996.  

Please submit completed company information form along with the applicant(s) resume(s)
